Natalie Collins joined the growthminded team in 2022, bringing with her over 15 years of brand-building experience. As account lead for agencies such as Keiler & Company, Cashman + Katz, and Tailwind, Natalie has partnered with businesses big and small and across every industry to develop and implement effective and efficient strategies to meet their business goals. When she’s not partnering with your team to drive growth, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also loves a good DIY home project, experimenting in the kitchen, and is an active member of her local church community.
Since 2020, Courtney has led the growthminded team in helpling brands big and small create meaningful and profitable relationships with their MVCs. Prior to founding growthminded, Courtney spent over 14 years in leadership positions at Hill Holliday, Tailwind, and Boston University’s in-house creative agency, helping brands like Bank of America, Disney, NFL, JPMorgan Chase, Cigna, Planet Fitness, Liberty Mutual, Macy’s, ALDI, and American Cancer Society develop a loyal following and drive loads of sales. When she’s not helping her clients reach big, bold business goals, Courtney can be found spending time with her husband and two sons, slaying a Peloton workout, competing in Irish Dance competitions, reading a personal development book (because, #growthminded), or enjoying time at the beach.
