Courtney Henry is a growth strategist, speaker, and educator who has spent her career turning marketing know-how into real business results. Since founding GrowthMinded in 2020, she has helped brands big and small build meaningful, profitable relationships with their most valuable customers, clients, and centers of influence.

Before that, 14+ years at Hill Holliday, Tailwind, and Boston University's in-house creative agency put her in the room with Bank of America, Disney, the NFL, JPMorgan Chase, Cigna, Planet Fitness, Liberty Mutual, Macy's, ALDI, and the American Cancer Society - helping each one build a loyal following and drive serious sales.

Her through-line, across every engagement, is the same: how do we make this easy, enjoyable, and effective? Because if it isn't all three, it isn't sustainable - and if it isn't sustainable, it isn't really marketing strategy. It's just noise.

She also brings that expertise beyond the client work, regularly presenting and teaching on brand, marketing, and growth strategy to audiences from emerging entrepreneurs to seasoned executives. She holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Endicott College and an MBA in Marketing from Boston University.
